Electronic Navigation Console ENC3βPRO β full set dedicated for Seacraft Future scooters
Military-grade ENC3-PRO navigation console for divers providing dead-reckoning underwater navigation with GPS recalibration via external GPS (buoy or cable). Supports multi-waypoint navigation (29 points), route planning, track logging and export; Bluetooth 4.2/USB; maximum depth 300 m.
Electronic Navigation Console ENC3-PRO is a military-grade navigation system adapted for civil and scientific divers. It provides dead-reckoning underwater navigation with GPS recalibration via an external miniature GPS receiver and supports multi-waypoint navigation, route planning, and track logging.
Underwater GPS and operation
Underwater GPS reception is not possible, so the ENC3-PRO uses dead-reckoning position calculation while submerged. When an external GPS receiver (mounted directly on the console or connected via a 3 m or 10 m cable with a buoy) acquires a reliable signal, the system recalibrates to a FIX position and continues navigation from that point. Using a surface float with cable allows obtaining GPS position without surfacing.
How it works
- Choose any pre-programmed target point and navigate to it underwater.
- The ENC3-PRO calculates your underwater position from inertial sensors and external log input; it switches to GPS-based fixing when available.
- Follow waypoints one-by-one or select targets dynamically during the dive.
Route planning & track visualization
Up to 29 waypoints per route can be programmed using the provided PC freeware. Waypoint positions may be set on a map, saved as GPS coordinates, or entered as azimuth/distance. Each point accepts a short text description that displays on the console underwater. Logged tracks can be reviewed after a dive and exported in multiple formats, including KML for Google Earth, GIS formats, or raw CSV.
Modular construction & GPS options
The ENC3-PRO accepts a miniature GPS Type B module that can be connected directly with a 0.1 m cable or remotely via 3 m or 10 m cables with buoyancy floats. Cable changes are simple and tool-free. 3 m and 10 m cables can be wound on dedicated holders attachable to a DPV or transport brackets.
